THE
CHALLENGE

Engage customers

Vodafone Ireland was looking for a new freebie to offer its customers during the Freebies Week. The goal was to enhance the experience of the Vodafone Happy members.

Vodafone Happy is Vodafone Ireland’s loyalty programme designed to reward customers with a variety of offers and experiences. Accessible through the My Vodafone App, the programme provides weekly giveaways and exclusive discounts on travel, leisure, and beauty services.

The project

Vodafone Ireland wanted to engage its Vodafone Happy members during Freebie Week,
offering Photo Rewards as one of three free options for customers.

THE
JOURNEY

Vodafone freebies

Rewards and offers are regularly updated, encouraging customers to check the app frequently for the latest benefits. Nevertheless, the classics, like cinema tickets, are offered every Tuesday.

In addition to regular gifts, Vodafone Happy also runs a “Freebies Week”. During this week, members can select from various exclusive rewards, fostering engagement and loyalty through a gamified experience.

We wanted to add value to our customers during the Freebies Week, and partnering with Stampix enabled us to offer customers a freebie with a
smooth and personalised journey.
