Frequently Asked Questions

Thanks to digital printing technology, it’s possible to print personalised messages on the reverse of each photo. For Pro and Enterprise plans, this message can include the recipient’s name or any data field captured during the order process. It’s also possible to insert coupons or use variable advertisement based on those data fields. 

Stampix easily integrates with your CRM, Loyalty Program or even custom Apps. Through our Client API the collected data is transferred automatically to your CRM or DMP.

Our trained customer service team will answer them and help them where possible. For this reason Stampix’ contact details, the order number and track & trace link are mentioned in the transactional emails and on the photo order.

On the Starter Plan you buy a number a codes, which your customers can redeem on the Stampix Webshop. These codes are pre-paid entirely, but there is no volume commitment.
When you are on the Pro Plan there is a volume commitment of 2,000 standard packs and 6 months for the branded web application. The higher the volume of codes you commit to, the lower the unit cost per reward will be. For One Time campaigns or Pilots, we will invoice the total amount (6 months platform + y rewards) upfront, when the custom branded web application is delivered and approved by your team. For Always On campaigns with a commitment of minimally 1 year, we apply a 10% discount on the platform if it can be invoiced at once, and we will invoice you monthly for the amount of used rewards in that month (pay as you go). For Pro & Enterprise, we will provide you with as many codes (links) as you need to achieve the amount you committed to (=shipments).
In case you don’t reach the amount or used codes you purchased within the foreseen time period, we will transfer the remaining codes to the next campaign without any additional costs.

The Platform is everything we can make whitelabel for your campaign, and can consist of one or more branded Web Applications, which is the interface to redeem photo rewards. The Platform can also contain a custom service dashboard from where you can track your campaign. The term “Web application” will sometimes also be referred to as “Brand URL” or “Microsite”.

As soon as the number of redemptions (codes used) has reached the pre-committed volume of your campaign, the campaign will be paused automatically and the Platform will show an error message accordingly. At this point you can always choose to purchase additional photo rewards at the same unit cost, and request a list of codes to the Stampix team.

Stampix is connected to a network of local printers in BE, NL, UK , USA etc. This allows us to process large batches of branded photo rewards efficiently and ship at local postal rates. Depending on location the delivery times are 5-10 days or 3 days with Priority shipment.

It is possible to have customers send the photos to friends and family as a surprise. Eg for Mother’s Day this is a great way to surprise & delight Mom. We also offer a Single Postcard product which customers can send directly to friends or family. However, from experience we also know that many people don’t know the exact address of family and friends which can lead to non delivery. Additionally, this postcards needs a protect laminate layer to prevent damage by the postal service. As a results, the price similar to the cost of our Standard Packs.

If you are interested in generating a “member gets member” effect, we recommend our Standard Pack with 5 or 15 Classic photos. In this case, we configure your campaign as such that customers can only choose 1 photo, which will be printed 5 times (doubles) each of them with a fun ‘postcard design’ and reference to your brand. This way customers will receive the 5 prints at home first, and can then personalise each extra print with a handwritten text, to hand them over or add a stamp and them to friends or family.

To avoid people printing multiple times, we have 2 solutions. The first one is to use unique links, where each link can only be used one time. However, there are scenarios where it’s not possible to share a unique link, eg when you work with QR codes or on-pack communication, which are linked to a generic link. In this case, Stampix has a proprietary “anti cheater” software, which prevents people to place multiple orders by checking their email address and their postal address. It is possible to configure this Anti Cheater system with a maximum of 1 order per person for example.

Codes on the Starter Plan have a default expiration date after 6 months. On the Pro Plan the codes have a default expiration date after 1 year. However, as long as you are on the Pro plan we can extend or modify the expiration date according to your needs.

In this case we will verify if the address was correct and we will print and ship the order again. For this reason photo orders will remain in the Stampix database for a reasonable period of 3 months.

In case you have committed to a volume of photo rewards, and by the end of your campaign period this limit has not been reached, you can transfer the remaining codes to a subsequent campaign without any additional cost, given that the license period for the Platform has not expired.

Webshop: There is no setup or maintenance cost for the webshop.

White-label Solution: The cost is EUR 625 per month with a minimum commitment of 4 months. Alternatively, there is an option to pay EUR 2,500 to cover the setup cost. You can switch the service on and off as required for your campaign needs.

Such a partnership is possible, but requires following information:

  1. The number of members you plan to mail.

  2. The products you intend to offer.

  3. The markets you will target.

Based on this information, our team can ensure there is no overlap with other partnerships and suggest an attractive exclusive discount.

Yes, we can collect member payments in both scenarios. If you require a module to pay with points or a custom currency, there will be an additional cost for integrating this feature into a custom web application.

Customer insight generation is available only with the web application where the brand owns all the data. We collect basic information such as name, postal address, and email, along with opt-ins for newsletters. Additionally, we can include a short survey to gather extra insights, right after customers upload their photos, or an NPS/feedback survey when the photos have arrived at home. We also scan all photos for brand safety, allowing us to deliver a Photo analysis report with various insights and most common photo tags.

Yes, branding on the front of the photos is possible, although there are different options for different products. Eg, the polaroid format has more branding options than the classic format. If your goal is to recognise highly valuable customers, or if customers are paying for the photo product themselves we recommend limiting the branding to the reverse of the photos.

Yes, we can implement widgets to pay with a loyalty currency or Single Sign-On (SSO) to restrict access to a the white label solution. Although we recommend using unique links which only members receive. Implementing such features will require custom development work and pricing.
